Leone Seeber – Accredited Counsellor

Leone Seeber brings a wealth of professional and life experience to her role as a counsellor. She worked as a Town Planner for 20 years before making a career change to follow her passion for supporting others. In 2003, she completed her Masters of Counselling, further enhancing her expertise with a Graduate Diploma in Counselling.

Leone mainly focuses on individuals aged 50 and older and those struggle with anxiety, self-belief, confidence and self-esteem.

She supports clients through life transitions, the process of redefining oneself, later life concerns, coming to terms with terminal illness and dealing with grief and loss.

Other areas of interest include helping clients who feel stuck and need assistance with moving forward, regaining loss of confidence and providing strategies to overcome both social and general anxiety.

In her personal life, Leone finds joy in trail hiking, walks on the beach with her dog, family and embracing new experiences.
